The integration between DemandWare and Acteea will consist of the daily export of DemandWare data to the Acteea product. Acteea will then import the data via our ETL facilities and update the Acteea data store for processing.
Acteea will be using as much existing Demandware export functionality as possible and will use the Demandware script development environment where necessary to facilitate the integration process.
The data that will be exported to Acteea will fall under the following criteria:
• Order data – Both order summary and detail information
• Product data – This data will include product pricing at the time of export and product inventory data. We will not be interested in credit card or other similar data
• Buyer/Customer data – This will include demographics data on the customer
• Coupon data – Coupon and promotions data
• Returns data – This is comprised of returned or orders cancelled after initial financial completion
